		<description>Writing &amp; illustrating are easily seen as a &#039;hobby&#039;, something you can do just like that. Unless you actually experience a creative process like this, you can&#039;t really know the amount of effort and mental energy one can put into it.

		<description>I signed up with Authorhouse a month ago once I got their package and reviewed it I decided  to cancel. I have sent 8 emails and even phoned them. They tell me they will refund my money but no one is getting back to me. Any ideas would be appreciated.
